1. Ways to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area and subscribed on the website, you can withdraw from your AskTax subscription within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. Any one of these works:

• Use “Withdraw from contract here” on your Account page — the quickest way. It shows what you will be refunded and asks you to confirm.
• Email us at support@styleupp.com with a clear statement that you withdraw.
• Fill in the form below and email it to us, or post it to the address on it.

Using this form is optional. You meet the deadline if you send your withdrawal before the 14 days end. Because your subscription started straight away at your request, you pay for the days you used and we refund the rest within 14 days, to the card you paid with. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play are sold by Apple or Google; ask them for a refund. The Terms of Use explain your rights in full.
